Electrical Improver Role

ARC are currently recruiting for an Electrical Improver for a long-term commercial refurbishment project on a busy site. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work at competitive rates.

The successful Electrical Improver will be assisting qualified electricians with all aspects of a full commercial refurbishment.

Electrical Improver Duties

• Assisting with installation of containment systems (tray, basket, trunking and conduit)

  
  

• Pulling and dressing cables

  
  

• Second fixing

  
  

• Lighting and power installation

  
  

• Assisting with testing and commissioning

  
  

• Reading and working from drawings

  
  

• Maintaining high site standards

  
  

• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with current regulations

  
  Electrical Improver Requirements

  • Valid ECS card

    
    

  • Proven experience on commercial refurbishment projects

    
    

  • Own tools and PPE

    
    

  • Reliable and punctual

    
    

  • Able to work effectively as part of a team

    
    

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment
