Impact Futures Group seeks a commercially driven HubSpot CRM & Revenue Systems Manager to own and evolve our HubSpot ecosystem
across brands. This is hands-on: you will directly execute, not just strategise, driving workflows, reporting, and progress daily.
You'll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, customer excellence, and relationship teams, aligning HubSpot to support
unified, cross-department growth.

The Opportunity

We are operating a house-of-brands model with ambitious growth plans, both organic and through acquisition. HubSpot must support:

* Multi-brand segmentation and lifecycle management
* B2B sales cycles and existing client life cycles
* High-volume lead generation and qualification
* Automation at scale
* Accurate reporting and forecasting for business insights and decision making
* AI-enabled workflows and productivity

You will design and own the roadmap that makes this possible.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Ownership

* Own the HubSpot roadmap aligned to commercial objectives
* Translate business strategy into CRM architecture and automation
* Design scalable data structures across multiple brands
* Support acquisition integration into HubSpot

2. System Architecture & Optimisation

* Design and manage properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, custom objects
* Build and optimise workflows across Marketing, Sales, Service Hubs
* Develop segmentation and smart lists for targeted campaigns
* Ensure accurate attribution modelling and revenue tracking
* Maintain clean, structured, scalable data

3. Revenue Enablement

* Align CRM processes to the sales journey
* Improve lead scoring models and qualification frameworks
* Optimise handoffs between marketing and sales
* Build dashboards for pipeline, conversion, revenue tracking and forecasting

4. Automation & AI Integration

* Implement automation for consistency, conversion
* Embed AI into workflows (lead scoring, enrichment, personalisation, predictive insights)
* Continuously test AI use cases in HubSpot

5. Data Governance & Compliance

* Lead data hygiene and enrichment strategy
* Define governance standards and GDPR compliance

6. Integrations & Technical Delivery

* Manage integrations (website forms, telephony, finance, APIs)
* Collaborate with IT or external developers
* Own testing and deployment of CRM enhancements

7. Training & Adoption

* Deliver onboarding and refresher training
* Create how-to guides
* Act as internal HubSpot SME
* Drive adoption and best practice
* Provide troubleshooting
