We are recruiting an Administrative Officer at Caerphilly County Borough Council.Working hours: 17.5 hours per week 12:30 – 16:00 Term Time Only
Working Weeks: 39 Weeks per year
Contract Type: Part Time, Fixed term until 31st August 2027
Location: Cwrt Rawlin Primary School
We pay an attractive salary of £10,476 pro rata and offer access to training and development opportunities.
The Governing Body of Cwrt Rawlin Primary are seeking to appoint a dynamic, welcoming and well organised school administration support officer to effectively work in our front of school administration area. The successful candidate will provide administrative and organisational support services to the school.
The role requires someone who has the ability to multitask in a busy environment and has efficient and effective administrative skills. Duties will be varied, including supporting colleagues and providing a professional and friendly first point of call to all parents and visitors to our school. Our school office is the first point of contact for parents, carers and visitors. We wish to appoint someone that can represent our school values and vision in a highly welcoming and efficient manner.
As the role and work of the School Administrator involves dealing with sensitive and confidential information regarding staff and pupils it is essential to maintain the highest level of confidentiality in relation to school matters.
