If this describes you, we would welcome your application for the post of Patient Advice and Liaison (PALS) Administrator.
We would like to hear from positive people who are flexible, helpful and enjoy being part of a team. You need to be able to co-ordinate a wide range of tasks within tight timescales, to work under pressure and show initiative.
The PALS Administrators work alongside our Complaints team to maintain a positive and effective service and to capture and improve the experience of our service users and their families.
This friendly team work together ensuring that the service user receives the appropriate support.
As part of the role you will be responsible for accurately recording and resolving informal concerns and enquires received by the Trust (via email, telephone or face to face) or signposting service users and their families to the correct agencies.
