About the Job

We’re looking for an immediately available HR Business Partner to lead a TUPE in of c500 people. You will be based onsite in
Cowley 3 days per week, working in a fast paced and challenging environment.

You will be responsible for:

* Due Diligence and Data Management - auditing and analysing ELI to identify risks, inconsistencies, or high-cost legacy terms -
map terms and conditions ensuring a clear comparison between outgoing and incoming contractual obligations - and maintain data
integrity across payroll and HRIS systems to ensure ‘Day 1’ readiness for all transferring staff

* Legal Compliance and Consultation - lead the formal consultation process, including the election of employee representatives or
working alongside recognised TUs - draft and issue all TUPE-related correspondence, including formal announcements, measures
letters, and new contract documentation - and mitigate legal risk by ensuring all timelines and statutory obligations under the
TUPE regulations are strictly met

* Stakeholder and Change Management - act as the primary HR lead for the measures process, negotiating any proposed changes to
working practices (standard in logistics/supply chain shifts) - coach and advise line managers on the legalities of the
transfer and how to manage ‘Day 1’ anxiety within the new teams - partner with relevant teams to ensure a seamless integration
of the new headcount into existing site workflows

* Culture and Engagement - deliver onsite ‘Welcome’ sessions and town halls across multiple shifts to build trust and mitigate
‘us vs. them’ mentalities - and manage the 45-to-90-day post-transfer integration, ensuring new hires feel settled

* Act as the key interface with the union to support essential consultation and engagement activities on-site - success in this
area is critical for maintaining a productive and harmonious workplace environment

* Effective project management skills with proven ability to develop robust project and task plans and monitor results

* Experience in working and influencing in a challenging stakeholder and customer driven environment

* Proven success within a commercially focussed environment

* Ideally CIPD qualified or part qualified
