Summary
The Clinical Service Manager will: Provide visible clinical leadership and maintain regular clinical practice Hold overall accountability for patient safety, quality, and clinical governance Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team within a high-trust environment Oversee day-to-day operational performance, including staffing, rotas, and patient flow Act as the senior point of contact for the service within the local urgent and emergency care system Lead service improvement, partnership working, and regulatory compliance (including CQC Registered Manager responsibilities) Why Join Us?
