Salary: £42,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 17:00
The OpportunityWe are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Craftsperson to join our dedicated team at a high-profile building in the heart of Westminster. This is a stable, permanent role designed for a proactive professional who takes pride in maintaining critical infrastructure to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities-
Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Executing a wide range of electrical and mechanical building service tasks.

Compliance & Safety: Working in strict accordance with statutory legislation and safety standards.

Contractor Management: Overseeing specialist sub-contractors to ensure quality of delivery.

Documentation: Maintaining accurate paperwork, recording material requirements, and logging recommendations.

Team Support: Providing cover for other technicians across various buildings and participating in the emergency call-out rota.
Essential Requirements:

Qualifications: A recognised Electrical trade apprenticeship and/or Level 3 Electrical qualification (theory and practice).
- Security Clearance: Candidates must be eligible for security clearance (requires 5 years' UK residency and a British or EU passport).
