Summary

Nursery Early Years Teacher
Our client is an ambitious nursery located in Newton-le-Willows.
They are looking for a multi-talented, experienced strong passionate Early Years teacher to work alongside the room leader to support the children's learning and development in line with the EYFS and our ambitious curriculum.
Essential Qualifications & Experience of the Nursery Early Years Teacher:
• Previous experience working and caring for children under 5, ideally within an early years setting.
• Passion to deliver high quality childcare and exciting learning opportunities.
• Must have experience working in Early Years Teaching
• Have a detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted
• An excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families
• Extensive knowledge of Safeguarding
• Experience of working in partnership with parents and outside agencies.
• Able to demonstrate multi agency working and leading staff meetings
• Managing and maintaining administration requirements
• Beneficial to have had Phonics Training

Brief outline of responsibilities.
• Work with the Management and nursery staff team providing the highest quality of education and care to all children.
• To ensure children’s safety, wellbeing and health is paramount to the care Bright Comets provide for all children.
• To work within an anti-discriminatory and inclusive environment and support the team to facilitate the all-round development of all children, enabling them to reach their full potential.
• To be committed to the learning outcomes for the children, ensuring all formative and summative assessment processes are fulfilled to the highest standard.
• Maintain respectful and genuine interaction with children using warm and responsive communication strategies, which are appropriate to children’s needs.
