We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Advisor/Coordinator with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER) to join our client's dedicated team within the care sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can provide proactive and professional HR support to managers and employees. This role would suit an experienced HR Advisor or a HR coordinator looking to take the next step-up in your career.

Your new role
Provide first-line support and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and sickness management.Ensure all ER activity is handled in line with current employment law, internal policies, and sector-specific compliance requirements.
Support HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Produce ER documentation such as outcome letters, meeting notes, and reports.
Work collaboratively with managers to ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD Level 3 qualification (minimum) or equivalent HR certification.Strong and up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and legislation.
Previous experience in a care, health, or similar regulated environment is advantageous.
Experience delivering support across a range of ER casework.
High attention to detail with strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload with competing priorities.
Desirable:

  • Experience using People HR and Halo systems.
  • Background supporting HR function during periods of change or transformation.
