We are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Coordinator on behalf of our client, a well-established family-run company that produces, distributes and installs fibreglass water storage tanks across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge with customer interaction in a supportive and growing business.

The Role

The Technical Sales Coordinator is responsible for selling, promoting and advising on suitable products to best meet customer requirements.

You will liaise directly with customers, the technical team, and both internal and external sales teams to ensure accurate information and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers via telephone and email to build strong working relationships

  • Generating and issuing customer quotations

  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

  • Presenting key technical information to help customers make informed decisions

  • Participating in sales meetings

  • Supporting with general administrative duties as required

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00

  • Friday: 07:30 - 16:00

Pay

  • £13.25 per hour

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a sales, technical sales or customer service role

  • Confident communicating via telephone and email

  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills

  • Comfortable presenting technical information clearly

  • Proactive and team-focused
