We’re launching a brand-new supported living service in Newcastle, providing safe, stable accommodation and tailored support to women who are at risk of homelessness, exploitation or re-offending. We’re looking for a Support Worker/Support Workers to help us shape and deliver this life-changing service.
This is not just a job, it’s an opportunity to be part of something meaningful from the start. You’ll work with women aged 18+ to build independent living skills, access mental health and recovery services, prepare for employment and secure their own tenancies.
You’ll provide 1:1 support, lead structured sessions and be part of a dedicated 24/7 team that helps create a safe and empowering home environment. No two days will be the same – you might be supporting someone to attend a job interview, connect with recovery services, or simply make their first home-cooked meal.
