We operate from a state-of-the-art purpose built manufacturing facility near Eye in Suffolk. With an experienced and highly skilled team offering engineering solutions in the manufacture and supply of Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) mouldings and assemblies.

Composites Technician trainee
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy

Duties & Transferable skills and Experience:
Experience in a manufacturing or carpentry or boat building setting would be ideal
Experience using hand and air tools
Finish GRP components ready for paint/gel prep finish to automotive standard.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with accuracy, attention to detail within a busy time sensitive environment
Display a positive can-do attitude willing to learn and progress
Reliable , & Looking for a long term opportunity
Excellent team spirit & work ethic
General Housekeeping duties
Enjoy working as part of a team ensuring deadlines are met
Able to work to Health & Safety guidelines at all times
Experience wrapping /protecting out bound deliveries (Advantageous)
Experience in Trimming & Finishing of GRP parts using hand tools (Advantageous)

Our Full time Day shift is Monday to Thursday 07:30- 16:30 & Fridays 07:30- 12:00 Giving you a long weekend every weekend.
21 Days holiday, & Bank holidays & Christmas off
