Teaching Assistants & Teachers - Alternative Provision (AP) Roles in Wolverhampton | SEMH & Behaviour Support
A well‑established Alternative Provision setting in Wolverhampton is looking to recruit committed Teaching Assistants and Qualified Teachers to support students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 who are at risk of exclusion or have already been permanently excluded from mainstream education.
About the SettingThis Wolverhampton Alternative Provision supports young people in Years 7-11, offering personalised pathways, therapeutic support and a curriculum built around wellbeing, emotional development and relationship‑focused practice. The aim is to help students re‑engage with learning, rebuild confidence and successfully transition back into long‑term education. The setting works closely with the Local Authority and local high schools to ensure strong safeguarding and high‑quality provision for learners with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour and a history of disengagement.
