Location: Cannock WS11 8JP - Hybrid Working (3 days office based, 2 days remote)

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and oversee the progress of creative projects, making key decisions on project direction while setting the style and pace for creative deliverables to ensure brand alignment across all marketing and communications channels.
  • Design and produce high-quality creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite maintaining brand consistency and supporting Veolia's ecological transformation message across both online and offline platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Marketing and Brand teams to interpret business needs and deliver creative solutions that support marketing campaigns.
  • Drive innovation through ideation, staying current with the latest creative and design trends, and contributing bold ideas to support the wider marketing strategy and enhance brand awareness.
  • Manage and track multiple creative projects simultaneously through an online ticketing system, working to strict deadlines and SLAs whilst ensuring all creative output aligns with Veolia's brand guidelines.
  • Champion sustainability messaging through design, ensuring all creative work consistently reflects Veolia's commitment to ecological transformation and maintains a cohesive brand appearance that supports a seamless customer experience.



What we're looking for:


  • Proven creative experience in a mid-weight designer role, with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • Working knowledge of Canva and other online tools to help support colleagues self-serve would be advantageous.
  • Strong eye for design with excellent time management and prioritisation skills, able to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while working to strict deadlines and maintaining quality control.
  • Collaborative team player with proven stakeholder management skills, adept at working with internal colleagues and contributing to creative, cross-functional projects.
