Summary

Busy Engineering Company requires an enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude who can work well within a small team.

The right candidate must have a good level of literacy, numeracy, communication and IT skills.

Part-time – 10am – 3pm – Monday - Friday

The role will include but not be limited to the following;

• Answering the main switchboard and directing calls
• Monitoring main Company email addresses and forwarding relevant emails
• Processing purchase invoices through a bespoke purchasing system
• Pre-qualification customer questionnaires
• Updating company website
• Company newsletters
• Maintaining the Company wide holiday file/database
• Bi-annual Driving Licence checks
• Fuel/mileage analysis/maintenance for Company vehicles
• Printing of drawings
• Stationery ordering
• Filing of paperwork
• Assisting with any other administration tasks for the Company
