- Managing vehicle ordering and invoicing processes efficiently
- Overseeing stock levels and vehicle logistics to ensure smooth operations
- Processing customer orders from initiation to completion
- Organising vehicle registration, legal documentation, and ensuring compliance
- Coordinating pre-delivery inspections and vehicle handovers
- Arranging customer payments, vehicle taxation, and transportation logistics
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements for the Sales Administrator role:
- Proven experience in sales administration within the motor trade sector
- Familiarity with automotive management systems (experience with AFRL, RAV, Kerridge systems advantageous but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
