As a FM Administrator in our J&I team, you’ll support the successful delivery of our facilities management contract, ensuring all administrative elements align with SLA and KPI requirements.
This is a key support role within the contract team, offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to operational excellence.
As FM Administrator, you will be the backbone of the contract’s administrative function, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate reporting, and effective communication across teams and contractors.
What you’ll do as a FM Administrator
- Operate the Facilities Helpdesk using the CAFM system as the first point of contact for logged issues
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders on reported tasks
- Maintain and update asset records within the CAFM system
- Produce reports and forecasts from system data
- Support procurement activities within approved frameworks
- Assist with contractor coordination and supplier vetting
- Monitor and record purchase orders and expenditure
- Support task allocation for engineers
- Process payroll timesheets, overtime, sickness, expenses and travel
- Maintain personnel files and assist with contractual and financial queries
- Provide project management support where required
- Offer cover for other administrators when needed
Although this role has no direct reports, you may guide and mentor colleagues when appropriate.
