What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading the provision and strategic development of inclusive practice school-wide
• Managing and empowering a skilled team of SEN teachers and support staff
• Designing, embedding, and evaluating high-impact SEND strategies and interventions
• Liaising with parents, external agencies, and leadership to ensure optimal outcomes
• Analysing data, driving evidence-based improvement, and reporting directly to SLT
Ideal Head of Inclusion for this Enfield School:
• UK-trained teacher or specialist with QTS/QTLS (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as an outstanding SENCO or inclusion leader
