(1980) multi-function construction services, logistics, and recycling company.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to join a diverse and fast-growing group of companies operating
across multiple industrial, construction, environmental and logistics sectors. This is a newly created role designed to modernise
and strengthen our marketing approach as we move beyond a traditional cold-calling sales model and towards a more strategic,
content-led B2B marketing function.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead a group-wide marketing content strategy aligned with commercial objectives
* Work closely with directors, operational managers and sales teams to identify stories, case studies and campaign themes
* Drive internal engagement and secure management buy-in for marketing initiatives
* Plan and oversee content calendars, messaging frameworks and brand consistency
* Translate technical and operational services into clear, value-driven marketing content
* Support business development by aligning marketing output with target sectors and client needs
* Identify opportunities for thought leadership, partnerships and industry visibility
* Review performance data and refine strategy accordingly
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a B2B marketing or marketing management role
* Strong content planning and strategic thinking skills
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-makers
* Ability to understand and communicate technical or industrial services
* Excellent organisational and project management skills
* Commercial awareness and results-driven mindset
* Experience working across multiple brands or divisions is advantageous
