We are seeking two experienced and dedicated Digital Service Operations Specialists to join our team. This role will support our students, staff and other users across a wide range of technologies, platforms and services, with a primary skillset in one of our core disciplines – Networks, Platforms & Systems, End User Computing, Unified Communications, and M365.

You will either already have extensive experience in one discipline and be looking for your next challenge, combining your existing skills with learning about another area; or you will have wide-ranging experience of many disciplines and wanting to gain additional depth in one or more other areas.

You will bring strong technical capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships across IT and non-technical teams. You will be comfortable managing a varied workload, problem-solving issues in a complex IT environment, and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

We’re looking for someone who can:

Quickly and competently engage with various technologies and systems
Apply existing experience and skillset to creatively and effectively deliver support
Embrace deeper technical learning across one or more core disciplines
Cross-skill colleagues in area(s) of expertise
Deliver truly user-centric service
Work collaboratively across the team, department and beyond
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to maintain system reliability

It is expected that there will be a relatively even balance between time spent on and off campus, but in most cases the work location will be determined by the service required or the tasks/activities being undertaken.
