Canterbury Area
A busy main dealer in Canterbury is looking for a confident, customer-focused Service Advisor to join its service team.
This role offers a varied day-to-day, working across reception, administration, and parts, with clear bonus opportunities and structured hours.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist service customers with professionalism and efficiency
Manage bookings, enquiries, and service schedules
Prepare and progress digital job cards using Service Docs
Coordinate with technicians, parts, and management teams
Promote retention products and upsell vehicle health checks where appropriate
Contribute to excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence in a busy, fast-moving environment
Motivated by targets and bonus opportunities
Automotive experience is a plus but not essential; transferable skills from retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles are welcomed
Salary and Benefits
Basic salary £30,000-£31,000
Bonus averaging £200–£500 per month for bookings, selling retention products, VHC upsells, and CSI scores.
Monday–Friday: 8:00am–6:00pm
1st Saturday of the month: 8:00am–2:00pm
