Job Profile
We are seeking an experienced Specialist Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and autism in supported living settings. The role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, choice, and community inclusion while ensuring a safe and structured environment.

c. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
a. Deliver person-centred support tailored to individual care plans.
b. Support individuals with daily living activities, community access, and skill development.
c. Promote positive behaviour support strategies.
d. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
e. Safeguard service users and follow all compliance procedures.
f. Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and multidisciplinary teams.
Essential Requirements
a. Minimum 1 year experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
b. All mandatory training up to date.
c. Enhanced DBS in place.
d. Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
e. Strong communication skills and understanding of person-centred care principles.
