Summary

We are seeking an organised and proactive Repairs Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating repair appointments in alignment with priority guidelines, within a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with tenants, trade operatives, contractors, our repairs call centre, and stores facility to ensure efficient and timely repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule repair appointments based on priority and urgency, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
Liaise with tenants to communicate and confirm appointment dates and times.
Coordinate with trade operatives and contractors to assign tasks and monitor completion timelines.
Work in conjunction with our repairs call centre to respond to repair requests and inquiries.
Keep accurate records of repairs and appointments, ensuring all systems are updated in real-time.
