About the role

We’re looking for a talented and imaginative Motion Designer to join our fast‑paced, creative team.


If you’re passionate about bringing ideas to life through dynamic motion graphics and video content, this is your chance to make a real impact.

As a key member of our digital content operation, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping how our brand shows up across multiple platforms. You’ll transform briefs into standout visual stories, produce high‑quality motion assets at scale, and push creative boundaries to elevate our campaigns.

You will be responsible for

  • Produce high‑quality motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns across social media, online display, email, digital screens, and web platforms.
  • Adapt existing assets and templates into multiple formats and versions at scale while maintaining strong brand consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Copywriters, and Channel Owners to deliver assets that meet campaign goals and channel‑specific requirements.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure all outputs meet the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and creative excellence.
  • Support post‑production tasks such as video editing, sound syncing, colour correction, and visual effects as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust motion design toolkit and asset library to enhance production speed, efficiency, and consistency.

You will need

  • Experience working in a fast‑paced in‑house creative team or agency environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud — particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of aspect ratios, file formats, and compression settings for a wide range of digital channels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high‑quality work to tight deadlines.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative, high‑impact motion design work across digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with retail, e‑commerce, or content‑led marketing is a strong advantage.
