Summary

East Midlands-based independent insolvency practice requires a full-time case administrator with experience to work on corporate and personal client cases, both pre and post appointment duties. Knowledge of IPS an advantage. Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Duties
Managing and maintaining accurate records, files, and documentation
Handling correspondence via email, letter, and telephone in a professional manner
Assisting with the preparation of reports and other documentation as required
Supporting other administrative staff with daily tasks
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills
Proven experience in an insolvency administrative roll is essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with office management software and IPS
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work independently under minimal supervision
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in all work undertaken
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
