Summary
Hours: 35 hours per week / 70 hours over two weeks (nine-day fortnight)
We are currently looking to recruit an Acquisitions & Projects Coordinator to join our Operational Development Team here at Housing 21.
Within the role you will oversee co-ordination and support for all incoming acquisitions and operational projects in line with business requirements and the organisations policies and procedures.
Co-ordinate and support activity across the Operational Development team, ensuring workflows are managed effectively and acting as an escalation point for queries or issues.
You will be cross department working to collate and analyse data and provide reporting where required.
The job holder will make sure that they fully understand and fulfil their responsibilities in respect of both Health & Safety, Diversity & Inclusion and Data Protection at all times.
This is a hybrid role, based either at one of our schemes within the West Midlands or at our Central Office, with a minimum of four days per week on-site and one day working from home. The successful candidate will also be required to travel as part of the role, with occasional overnight stays

What we’re looking for
The essential requirements for the role include:
• Co-ordinate and support activity across to the Operational Development team on a wide range of activities including (but not limited to): coordination of projects, resource management, data collection and reporting, diary management, scheme support visits, attending meetings to support with minute taking and producing actions.
• Responsible for regular reporting and analysis of dashboards and management information on acquisitions and operational key projects, to the Acquisitions & Operations Project Manager and other members of the Senior leadership team
• Experience of collating, analysing and presenting data to produce clear, actionable reports for a range of audiences.
• Experience in an administration or co-ordinator role.
• Experience of co-ordinating projects
