Hours: 37.5 per week | Monday to Friday
Rota: Monday to Thursday, 8.30am – 4.30pm | Friday, 8.30am – 4.00pm
Salary: Up to £45,000.00 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)

About the Role
As PSHE Lead, you will champion the personal, social, health and economic education provision across the school, ensuring it is engaging, impactful and responsive to the needs of our pupils. You will play a key role in promoting personal development, wellbeing and readiness for life beyond school, while upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and pastoral care. Working closely with colleagues and senior leaders, you will drive the strategic development of PSHE and ensure its positive impact is clearly evidenced and celebrated.
Plan and deliver high-quality PSHE education across Key Stages 2, 3 and 4, supporting pupils’ personal development, resilience and integration into school life.
Lead the development of the PSHE curriculum, collating and presenting evidence of impact to senior leaders and external bodies.
Support whole-school initiatives such as the Grange Passport, drop-down days, assemblies and a broad range of enrichment and out-of-classroom activities.
Uphold safeguarding and child protection as a priority, following all school policies and procedures relating to welfare, behaviour, attendance, accidents and incidents.
Contribute to departmental, behaviour and whole-school meetings, as well as meetings focused on pupil education and welfare, and undertake reasonable duties as directed by the Head of Education.
Provide line management where required and actively engage in ongoing professional development, including internal and external CPD and relevant qualification pathways.
About You
The ideal candidate will have
Education to degree level
UK QTS or equivalent
Experience delivering a curriculum related to PHSE
