Summary
Our Client is an Commercial Vehicle Maintenance Operation, with a great reputation and they are currently seeking a Workshop Administrator to join their team based in Wellingborough.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing job cards from initial defect through to completion
- Recording technician time clocking and parts allocation
- Processing retail and fleet invoicing
- Assisting with service contract and warranty claim processing (full training provided)
- Weekly consolidation of out-of-contract costs
- Supporting the service team with day-to-day administration
- Resolving invoice queries with suppliers
- Chasing outstanding purchase orders to ensure timely approvals
- Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries
Requirements:
- Previous experience within an automotive administration role would be preferred
- Full UK Driving License
- The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a job share team
- Trade knowledge and strong administrative skills
- Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
