Summary
About Us:
We are a well-established, lettings and property management agency, managing a growing portfolio of properties. We pride ourselves on delivering a personal, reliable service to both landlords and tenants and maintaining our properties to a high standard.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Project Manager – Property Maintenance.
No prior experience is required — full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day maintenance works across our managed properties
Schedule contractors and monitor progress of works
Obtain quotes and compare costs
Assist with planning small refurbishment or improvement projects
Conduct property visits (where required) to check completed works
Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding maintenance updates
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Ensure works are completed in line with safety and compliance requirements
What We’re Looking For:
We are more interested in attitude and potential than experience.
You may be:
Looking to move into the property industry
From a trades, construction, or customer service background
Highly organised and good at problem-solving
Essential Qualities:
Strong organisational skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Proactive and willing to learn
Confident using email and basic computer systems
Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
