Location: Folkestone, Kent
Hours: 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm
Pay: £12.75 per hour
Contract: Temporary
For the right candidate, there's potential to progress into a permanent role as a Key Account Customer Experience Agent, depending on performance and experience!

What You'll Do:
Answer questions about our products and services via phone & email
Open & maintain customer accounts
Process B2C & B2B orders
Recommend additional products to boost sales
⚡ Resolve customer complaints with confidence
Process payments & handle returns/credits
Book deliveries with customers & couriers
️ Troubleshoot technical issues
Keep customer data accurate and up to date
Take ownership of enquiries and meet KPIs
What We're Looking For:
GCSEs A-C in English & Maths (or equivalent) - strong numeracy skills a must!
Minimum 2 years' experience dealing with customers via phone/email - demonstrating excellent proven customer service
Excel literate; Shopify experience a bonus
Excellent problem-solving, listening, and conflict resolution skills
Friendly, polite, patient, and reliable
Confident to ask questions and find answers without struggle
