We are pleased to invite expressions of interest for our Children’s Social Worker Graduate programme a permanent role within Bury’s Children’s Social Care designed to develop you into a confident and capable Children’s Social Worker.

This programme offers a fully supported transition into professional practice, combining handson experience within our Children’s Social Care teams with structured academic learning and ongoing professional development. You will work alongside experienced and highly skilled practitioners, gaining invaluable insight and support as you build your capability and confidence.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are committed, motivated, and ready to begin a meaningful career supporting children, young people, families, and carers across Bury. The programme provides a seamless integration of practice and learning, helping you develop the essential skills, behaviours, and professional judgement required in frontline social work.
