Summary
To support the Secure services leadership team to lead on clinical care and patient pathways This role will be clinically leading a ward within Ravenswood House To lead on the required action plans To lead on maintaining and improving patient outcomes for within the service Provide effective leadership to staff which promotes high performance standards both individually and as a team, in the achievement of the Trust's objectives and priorities. The Trust's success will be dependent on all staff playing an active role to make sure the existing areas of good employment practice are universally embedded within the organisation To support the senior leadership team to deliver high quality care To work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the Trust To establish and maintain productive working relationships and communications with key stakeholders To contribute to relevant internal and external committees and forums, and represent the services as required To provide progress reports aligned to measurable project deliverables to the Senior Management team and other key stakeholders
