Client Services Manager

Hybrid | Glasgow / Edinburgh | 3 days onsite

Ready to lead a brand-new outsourced recruitment programme and make an immediate impact? We're looking for a Client Services Manager who brings energy, confidence, and exceptional relationship skills.

This is your chance to shape something new - driving performance, building strong partnerships, and becoming the face of Guidant Global onsite.

What you'll do

  • Build trusted stakeholder relationships
  • Lead onsite delivery across two locations
  • Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met
  • Run QBRs and key performance reviews
  • Coach and develop your onsite team
  • Drive service improvement and growth

  • Confident leadership and coaching skills
  • A customer‑success mindset
  • Commercial awareness
  • MSP/RPO experience (useful, not essential)
