Ready to lead a brand-new outsourced recruitment programme and make an immediate impact? We're looking for a Client Services Manager who brings energy, confidence, and exceptional relationship skills.

What you'll do
- Build trusted stakeholder relationships
- Lead onsite delivery across two locations
- Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met
- Run QBRs and key performance reviews
- Coach and develop your onsite team
- Drive service improvement and growth

- Strong stakeholder and relationship management
- Confident leadership and coaching skills
- A customer‑success mindset
- Commercial awareness
- MSP/RPO experience (useful, not essential)
