Brightwork are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Sales Advisor to join one of our clients at their office in Glasgow City Centre

Working as part of their exciting and ever evoling Corporate Sales team the successful candidate will join a well established and successful organisation which supports staff in the journey to sucess and longer term career goals.

Key responsibilities include:

    • Making outbound calls to both existing, lapsed and potentially new clients.
    • Building relationships with clients and handling support requests as required
    • Maximising sales opportunities through building rapport and relationship with each customer
    • Developing clients relationships and working with the team to build on existing accounts.

    Successful candidates will ideally have the following:

      • Excellent telephone manner & communication skills.
      • Initiative and a positive can do attitude.
      • An ability to work well within a targeted environment and to remain organised under pressure.
      • Willingness to learn the products and maximise opportunity.
      • Excellent organisational skills
      • Previous experience in business to business sales

      Full in depth training is provided for sales technique, learning about the clientele, systems and the services themselves.
