Summary
Main Duties and Responsibilities To ensure rotas maintain the principle of equity and fairness of workload undertaken across all areas Ensure clinical rotas are up to date and accurate Maintain 6 weeks of rota on the system Flag staffing shortages or areas of concern to the Practice Manager and Business Manager Record staff absences and notify appropriate Managers and Supervisors To action any changes to rotas as required To complete organisational tasks Work to Standard Operating procedures Communicate with outside agencies for planning To action e-mails Coordinate clinical sessions with third party providers Coordinate all GPR /Medical Trainee activity Ensure all GPR/Medical Trainee absence is reported timely as required Ensure new starters (clinical and non-clinical) are set up on the system including EMIS set up Provide set up and support with regards to practice staff smartcards Support with new starter induction with a focus on rota information and general system set up Provide reports as required with regards to capacity planning Ensure a joined up working approach with the Rota & Data Co Ordinator
