Summary
For further information please refer to the Job Description and Person Specification Be responsible for the management of patient appointments, from document interpretation to make a radiotherapy booking, made without the patient present. Able to interpret treatment requirements for individual patients and coordinate the radiotherapy pathway appropriately, in line with departmental protocols. Communicate all information in relation to patient pathway as requested to patients. Be able to demonstrate empathetic skills when communicating with patients. Give general assistance to contribute to the smooth running of the department and to carry out other duties as may be required in collaboration with the line management.
