Summary
We are a well-established NHS Talking Therapies service with strong training and research links with University College London.We pride ourselves on offering a high level of in-house training and regular supervision from experienced clinicians. We are mindful that working in a fast-paced service with people experiencing psychological distress can be challenging as well as immensely rewarding and we take a compassionate leadership approach to ensure that these challenges are acknowledged and that staff are supported through wellbeing focused line management, supervision, peer support and team working. We encourage flexible working and staff are encouraged to negotiate a working pattern that allows for a good work life balance. Posts are subject to criminal records disclosure and involve a mix of on-site and remote working, travel across the borough and one evening clinic (to 8pm)per week. Starting salary will normally be at the minimum point of the salary scale. There may be some fixed term posts available.
