We’re an established independent, family-run automotive business based in the Wormley area, and we’re looking for a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
If you take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, enjoy working in a supportive team environment, and want a stable Monday–Friday role with no weekend work, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Acting as the main point of contact for customers
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and MOTs
• Providing clear and professional updates on vehicle progress
• Preparing job cards and invoices
• Handling enquiries both in person and over the phone
• Ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong customer service skills
• Confident and professional communication style
• Computer literate and comfortable using booking systems
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Solid and stable work history
• Previous automotive experience is advantageous but not essential if you have transferable customer service experience

• Basic salary up to £32,000 (depending on experience)
• Monday–Friday working hours (8:30am–5:30pm)
• No weekends
• 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
