Summary
Your new role
Responsible for a variety of ER cases, you'll be working in a highly collaborative team of 5 within ER where responsibilities will include all aspects of case management. This organisation is going through change, so you'll have experience of working with a variety of ER cases. This role is 3 days working in the office and based in the City.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced individual who either has a solid HR foundation with a strong ER exposure or are already on the path to being an ER Specialist. Ideally, you'll have worked within a media/creative industry, but this is not essential. You'll be articulate and have exposure to working with stakeholders at various levels. We are open to candidates who are on 1 month's notice.
What you'll get in return
Working in a wider HR team, you'll be reporting to an ER Team Lead and have the opportunity to expand your case experience with a variety of cases. Due to the change project, you'll have exposure to various elements of the ER cycle.
