What You’ll Need
- Level 3 early years qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner in a nursery
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements

What You’ll Do

- Support, guide, and provide feedback to practitioners within your room
- Build professional relationships with parents, addressing queries and sharing progress updates
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised learning environment
