Summary

Nursery Room Leader Level 3 – £31,500

What You’ll Need

  • Level 3 early years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner in a nursery
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
  • Ability to lead a small team and maintain high-quality learning records
  • Confident communication and organisational skills

Desirable

  • Paediatric First Aid qualification

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of your nursery room, ensuring ratio and compliance standards are met
  • Oversee planning and delivery of activities aligned with EYFS requirements
  • Monitor observations, assessments, and record keeping across the team
  • Support, guide, and provide feedback to practitioners within your room
  • Build professional relationships with parents, addressing queries and sharing progress updates
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised learning environment
