Summary
Support the Room Manager in daily operations and team leadership
Deliver high‑quality care for babies aged 0–2
Maintain a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment
Plan and support age‑appropriate activities and routines
Build strong relationships with families and colleagues
Ensure policies, safeguarding and health & safety standards are followed
Contribute to observations, assessments and developmental records
