We’re looking for a Level 3 qualified, fun, and reliable Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team in our baby room. You’ll be working in a small, supportive setting with just 6 babies in one room, allowing you to provide truly attentive, high-quality care.
The Role – Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Baby Room)
As a Nursery Practitioner in our baby room, you will:
• Provide a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for babies aged 0–2 years
• Support babies’ learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that encourage sensory exploration and early development
• Carry out personal care routines including feeding, nappy changing, and sleep support
• Build strong, professional relationships with parents and carers
• Observe, assess, and record each child’s development and milestones
• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times
• Work closely as part of a small, supportive team
We’re looking for someone who is caring, patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about giving babies the very best start in life.
