Summary
Digital and social media To ensure the Trustswebsiteandintranetare keptup-to-datewithnew improvements, restructuration when needed, andtimelyand engaging content. To ensure the Trusts owned social media channels are keptup-to-datewithtimelyand engaging content Drive growth of the Trusts digital audience by ensuring engaging and shareable content. Toassistcolleagues across the Trust with website and social media projects, giving expert guidance in terms of content,sectionor site development. Manage the Trusts digital screens programme, with content andlogisticssupport to both the Communications Team and IT department. To create campaigns that will grow the Trusts social media following and community engagement. To increase visits to the Trusts website through our social media channels. Communications and relations To produceaccurate,effectiveand highly engaging content for the Trusts digital platforms and presences To us specialistexpertisetoadvisecolleagues digital communication best practice Toestablishandmaintaineffective co-operative working relationships with allintranet editors, supporting them with a planning and support offeron a monthly basis. To plan and organise digital communication activities and events, requiring the formulation and adjustment of plans and strategies. To manage contracts with external suppliers ensuring value for money and working within the framework of the organisation. Policy and service development To develop digital and social media plans to ensure the constant development and innovation of the Trusts platforms and presences To plan, manage and coordinate often complex programmes and projects across digital communication activities, order to ensure that resources available areallocatedappropriately with all deadlines met. Information resources To produce regular reports on the performance of the Trusts digital communications outputs and channels, analysing complex statistical data and presenting it in an accessible way. To manage key corporate documents on the website and intranet through version control measures, ensuring these areaccurateand up to date.
