Are you a digital communications expert with a passion for making a real impact? We are looking for a dynamic individual to drive our digital presence and engage our diverse audiences.

You will:
• Lead on keeping our digital platforms up to date- both in terms of functionality and content
• Drive digital strategy:Recommand and implement new functions and updates across our websites and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our broader goals and objectives
• Innovate and optimise:Design a forward-looking innovation and development roadmap for our digital channels, ensuring we leverage the latest technology
• Create compelling content:Develop and curate content that resonates with our target audiences, inspiring and engaging them while maintaining best practice guidelines
• Lead and advise:Collaborate with colleagues across the Trust to provide training and support in managing online content.

What you will bring:
• Digital expertise:A strong background in digital communications, with experience in content creation, social media management, and websites development - experience of both VerseOne and Sharepoint would be highly useful in this role.
• Strategic vision:The ability to develop and implement digital strategies that align with organisational goals and drive engagement
• Innovation mindset:A proactive approach to staying ahead of digital trends and technologies, constantly seeking ways to enhance user experience
• To manage and update content for the Trust’s website and social media channels in line with the organisations overarching communications strategy
• To lead on the management of the Trust's intranet and digital screens
• To produce regular reporting on the performance of the Trust’s digital communications
• To provide advice and guidance to colleagues across the Trust and external partners on best practice for digital communications
• To ensure the constant development and innovation of the Trust’s digital channels

Digital and social media

• To ensure the Trust’s website and intranet are kept up-to-date with new improvements, restructuration when needed, and timely and engaging content.

• To ensure the Trust’s owned social media channels are kept up-to-date with timely and engaging content

• Drive growth of the Trust’s digital audience by ensuring engaging and shareable content.

• To assist colleagues across the Trust with website and social media projects, giving expert guidance in terms of content, section or site development.

• Manage the Trust’s digital screens programme, with content and logistics support to both the Communications Team and IT department.

• To create campaigns that will grow the Trust’s social media following and community engagement.

• To increase visits to the Trust’s website through our social media channels.





Communications and relations

• To produce accurate, effective and highly engaging content for the Trust’s digital platforms and presences      

• To us specialist expertise to advise colleagues digital communication best practice

• To establish and maintain effective co-operative working relationships with all intranet editors, supporting them with a planning and support offer on a monthly basis.

• To plan and organise digital communication activities and events, requiring the formulation and adjustment of plans and strategies.

• To manage contracts with external suppliers ensuring value for money and working within the framework of the organisation.






Policy and service development

• To develop digital and social media plans to ensure the constant development and innovation of the Trust’s platforms and presences

• To plan, manage and coordinate often complex programmes and projects across digital communication activities, order to ensure that resources available are allocated appropriately with all deadlines met.





Information resources

• To produce regular reports on the performance of the Trust’s digital communications outputs and channels, analysing complex statistical data and presenting it in an accessible way.

• To manage key corporate documents on the website and intranet through version control measures, ensuring these are accurate and up to date.
