ROLE: Operations Manager
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (depending on site/ client meetings)
LOCATION: Mobile role, Northampton, Coventry, Leicester

We're seeking a motivated and organised Operations to deliver excellent service standards while ensuring SLA agreements and adherence to cleaning specifications for various sites and teams.
Role Responsibilities:
-Being the Front-line Management's key point of contract for clients and Senior management
-Ensure the Cleaning Operation team meets and exceeds cleaning expectations,
-Line manage an Operational team including Service Support managers,
-Build and develop effective working relationships with Clients, Stakeholders and Mitie employees
-Develop annual account plans to reduce overspends and maximise profitability,
-Attend regular meetings with Clients as required,
-Confident communicator, actioning and investigating grievances and escalations,
-Report on missed cleaning stats to show improvements and challenges,
What we are looking for:
-Demonstrate knowledge & understanding of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems,
-Strong communication and people management skills,
-Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages, including use of Excel spreadsheets and reports,
-Client and Stakeholder management,
-IOSH, NEBOSH qualifications are highly desirable,
-Essential for applicants to hold a valid driving licence,
