About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative to support the daily operations of our busy warehouse. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring our goods are received, stored, and dispatched safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.
This role is 8hrs a day Monday-Friday hours worked between 7am-7pm
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately handle inbound deliveries and outbound collections following company SOPs.
* Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (FLT licence essential).
* Process stock movements using our D365 system in a timely, precise manner.
* Participate in regular stock takes and cycle counts.
* Maintain accurate records, both physically and digitally.
* Support other warehouse teams where required.
* Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with Health & Safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
* Current FLT licence (essential).
* Strong team player with good communication skills.
* Proactive and takes initiative when solving problems.
* Understanding of ERP/warehouse management systems (D365 knowledge a bonus).
* Commitment to health, safety, food safety, and quality standards.*
