Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in London. CBW is currently recruiting for a General Maintenance Engineer to cover two healthcare buildings. The successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and experience working within a healthcare environment . Working within a team on-site, he or she will need to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance.
Hours of work/Salary
- £21 p/h
- Monday - Friday
- 8am - 5pm
- Starting ASAP
- Covering 2 buildings.
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Painting & Decorating
- Changing locks
- Basic Plumbing duties
- Basic Electrical duties
- Bulb changes
- General Building maintenance
Requirements
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Good communication skills
- UK Drivers license ( will be required to travel to each location )
- Health & Safety experience
- Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
