Summary

Are you a graduate structural engineer (fresh grad - 2 years' experience) with the drive to accelerate your career? This is your chance to join one of the UK's most respected, award‑winning independent construction consultancies-an organisation known for engineering excellence, creativity, and delivering standout solutions across every major sector.

You'll be stepping into a team that works on everything from modern commercial developments to historic buildings, residential schemes, retail spaces, and complex refurbishments-giving you exposure that most engineers don't see until much later in their career.

What you'll be doing

A genuinely varied technical role designed to build you into a well‑rounded engineer:

  • Structural design on live, real‑world projects across multiple sectors
  • Structural surveys and on‑site investigations alongside experienced engineers
  • Building appraisals spanning new builds, historic structures, and refurbishments
  • Hands‑on involvement across the project lifecycle, learning from specialists with decades of experience in structural and civil engineering, building surveying, and defect investigation.

This is not a role where you'll be stuck behind a desk - expect early responsibility, site exposure, technical variety, and meaningful input from day one.

What you'll get in return

  • A competitive salary, in line with your industry experience
  • A flexible and agile working pattern to benefit your lifestyle
  • A employee owned trust that pays bonus, and reinvests back into the company
  • A springboard for future success. You will be surrounded by Chartered and Conservation Accredited engineers
  • Continued support with proffesional memberships and learning opportunities
