We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team and help improve outcomes for school-aged children and their families through targeted support and engagement. About the Role As our Family Support Officer, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for students by delivering a range of family support interventions and activities. You will provide advice, guidance and signposting to help families access relevant services. Part of the role will be acting as Attendance Officer, working to improve attendance and punctuality of students across the school. What We’re Looking For Experience working with children and families in an educational or community setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage families effectively. Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and relevant legislation.
