Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm | Friday 8:00am - 1:30pm
Ongoing position
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electronic Assembly Operative to join our client, based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong electronics background who enjoys hands-on assembly work in a structured and quality-driven environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Building sub-assemblies to maintain stock levels for new build and service requirements
- Working from instruction manuals and works orders accurately and efficiently
- Soldering (through hole and surface mount)
- Wiring and small sub-assembly builds
- Ensuring all work meets quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in small sub-assembly building
- Soldering experience (through hole and surface mount preferred)
- Electronics background
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow technical instructions and diagrams
